customization can be a full custom design or a small change to a standard model — the mounting pattern, overall height, swivel lead, bearing, brake, or wheel. every custom caster is built to ANSI/ICWM and ISO 22883 requirements, on precision ball bearings that lower manual starting resistance by about 15–20%.
