Are you manufacture or trading company?
We have both of own factory and trade company located in Jiaxing city, Zhejiang province, 100km away from Shanghai and Hanzhou,
What is your delivery time?
In general, around 7-35 work days. We keep some accessories in stock, and assemble them when you place an order , we are able to finish full container in 7-10 days.
What is the term of payment you can accept?
Payment terms: Advance 30% by T/T, and balance will be cleared before delivery. Other payment method like L/C, Paypal, E-checking,welcome to talk with us.
Can I get some samples? And what’s the sampling time?
Sure, You can get free samples for our stock, it takes 3-5 days to prepare the samples.
We charge you some sample cost and will return it during the next order. For loyal customer we’ve coorperated with, we will give some free shipping samples which hot sell in local market.
Is that OEM services available?
Option 1 – Build the molds and fixtures upon your sample or technical drawings
Option 2 – Add your logo on fork or wheel
Option 3 – Pack the casters in your branded carton
