The Hard Wheel That Won’t Rust or Flat-Spot
a steel wheel rusts in washdown and a soft rubber wheel flattens under standing load and carries little. a nylon wheel sidesteps both — it does not rust, cleans easily, resists flat spots, and carries a lot for its size while rolling with low effort.
In a washdown bay or a food-prep area, a plated steel wheel rusts where the plating chips and the moisture sits. swap to a soft rubber wheel and you trade rust for a different problem: it carries far less, and a load left standing on it presses a flat spot that thumps every rotation afterwards. neither is the right wheel for a cart that must stay clean and carry weight.
A nylon wheel answers both. it is a solid plastic wheel — so it cannot rust — that cleans easily, resists oils and many solvents, and stays round under a standing load. for its size it carries a lot and rolls with low effort. white nylon suits hygienic and lab carts; glass-reinforced black nylon steps the load up for heavier equipment.
The loads shown are real per build: white nylon at 100mm / 200kg in swivel and fixed, plus 80mm and braked builds; black reinforced at 75mm / 600kg swivel and fixed, and 50mm / 300kg in the threaded braked build. all run on precision ball bearings that lower starting effort by about 15–20%, and the range meets ANSI/ICWM and ISO 22883 requirements.
Nylon range
White nylon for hygienic and lab carts; glass-reinforced black nylon for higher load.

White Nylon Fixed
Solid white nylon, fixed — straight-line tracking for food-area and processing lines.

White Nylon Swivel
Top-plate swivel for hygienic environments and lab equipment that needs to turn freely.

White Nylon · Braked
100mm swivel with a brake for medical and food-service carts. load rated per model on quote.

80mm Compact Nylon
Compact 80mm swivel for lighter industrial furniture and small carts. load rated on quote.

Black Reinforced Swivel
Glass-reinforced black nylon, top-plate swivel — carries heavy load on a compact 75mm wheel.

Black Reinforced Fixed
Fixed build of the reinforced black nylon wheel for straight-line tracking under heavy machinery.

Black Reinforced · Threaded, Braked
50mm reinforced nylon on a threaded stem with a brake, for bolting into industrial equipment.
Built to Your Spec
Other diameters, stems, plates, and loads in white or reinforced black nylon — confirmed on a 24–48h drawing.
White vs reinforced black nylon
Pick the grade by load and environment.
| Grade | Best for | Load (shown) | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| White nylon | Hygienic, lab, food-area carts | 100mm · 200kg (+ 80mm, braked) | Clean look, easy to wipe down |
| Black reinforced | Heavy equipment & machinery | 75mm · 600kg / 50mm · 300kg | Glass-reinforced for higher load |
| Both grades | Washdown, no-rust areas | Per model on quote | Do not rust; resist flat spots |
Where they are used
Washdown & food-area carts
Food-prep and processing carts that get washed down, where a wheel must not rust and must wipe clean.
Lab & equipment trolleys
White nylon on lab trolleys and equipment stands that need a clean look and free rolling.
Heavy machinery & racks
Glass-reinforced black nylon under heavier machinery and equipment that needs load on a compact wheel.
Sell it under your own brand
OEM / ODM branding and neutral packaging sized for regional distributors, not mass-OEM tonnage.
Grade, size & mount
tell us the load, floor, and mount; we match white or reinforced black nylon and the swivel, fixed, braked, or threaded build, confirmed on a 24–48h drawing.
Your mark, or unbranded
we laser-etch or pad-print your logo, or ship unbranded in neutral cartons. the buyer sees your brand.
Distributor-scale
per-model minimums at distributor scale — no mass-OEM tonnage required. custom builds follow the 24–48h drawing path.
Mixed-load stocking & container logistics
Stock range coverage without committing a full container to one model.
| Term | How it works |
|---|---|
| Mixed-load container | Consolidate white nylon, black nylon, and other caster types into one container. |
| Per-model minimum | Held at distributor scale with no mass-OEM constraint, so you carry depth across grades and builds. |
| Lead time | Standard nylon models from stock; custom builds follow 24–48h drawing, typically about 14–21 days for bulk OEM. |
| Trade terms | FOB and CIF supported. confirm port, Incoterm, and per-model quantities on your quote. |
