The Radial Challenge
Most hollow-leg casters fail due to loosening friction. In medical and food environments, constant movement vibrates standard stems loose. WE don’t just insert casters; we lock them using torque-activated elastomer expansion, turning the caster into a rigid extension of the leg frame.
Material Physics
Our proprietary Polyurethane (Shore 95A) is chemically bonded to a reinforced core. This prevents the “delamination” common in cheap wholesale alternatives when exposed to detergents or high-frequency cleaning.
