a caster looks simple until it fails under a load it was never rated for. that is why we keep manufacturing in-house rather than buying and re-boxing: pressing, machining, surface treatment, wheel molding, and assembly all happen on our own line, so the load rating, bearing, and finish are ours to control.
the range spans heavy-duty and automation, commercial and medical, niche applications, a standard light-to-medium range, and PU, nylon, and rubber tread materials. every model is built to ANSI/ICWM and ISO 22883 requirements, and precision ball bearings lower manual starting resistance by about 15–20%. we supply distributors and contractors — not only mass-OEM tonnage — with per-model minimums at distributor scale.
