JRT blue elastic rubber flight case swivel caster with top plate, 100mm, 130kg

A road case lives a hard life: lifted onto trucks, dropped off tailgates, and pushed across polished lobby and stage floors during load-in. the caster has to take repeated shock without the wheel hardening or the swivel loosening, and it must not leave black streaks on a venue’s finished floor. our blue elastic rubber tread cushions that impact while rolling non-marking and quiet, so the case is easy on both the crew and the floor.

Tread choice is the main decision. Blue elastic rubber at 130 kg is the touring default — quiet, non-marking, shock-absorbing. Odourless rubber at 80 kg is a lighter, low-odour, floor-protective option for AV and display cases. Nylon at 200 kg is the hard, high-load wheel for heavy cases and rough or dirty back-of-house surfaces. all three come in swivel, fixed, and total-lock braked builds.

When a loaded case is parked on a ramp or in a moving truck, the total-lock brake holds both wheel and swivel so it cannot creep. precision dual ball bearings lower starting resistance by 15–20% to ease the long push down a corridor, and every build sits on a standard 100 mm top plate to ANSI/ICWM and ISO 22883 requirements. for a distributor, that gives one clean three-tread, three-build matrix to stock and resell.

Mounting, brake & rolling

Top plate

Bolt-on corner mount

Standard 100mm top plate bolts to the corners of a road case. other plate patterns available on request.

Total-lock brake

Holds wheel + swivel

Braked builds lock both wheel and swivel, so a loaded case stays parked on ramps and in trucks.

Dual ball bearings

Lower push effort

Precision dual ball bearings cut starting resistance 15–20% for easier handling down long corridors.

Sell it under your own brand

OEM / ODM branding and neutral packaging sized for regional distributors, not mass-OEM tonnage.

Brand the product

Your mark, or unbranded

we laser-etch or pad-print your logo, or ship unbranded. the buyer sees your brand, not ours.

Flight case & procurement FAQ

Which tread should I pick for flight cases?
Blue elastic rubber (130kg) is the touring default: non-marking, quiet, and it cushions drop-shock on hard venue floors. odourless rubber (80kg) is a lighter, low-odour, floor-protective option. nylon (200kg) is the hardest wheel, for heavy cases and rough or dirty surfaces.
Do the casters lock when the case is parked?
Yes. braked versions use a total-lock brake that holds both the wheel and the swivel, so a loaded case stays put on ramps and in trucks.
Will the wheels mark venue or stage floors?
The blue elastic and odourless rubber treads are non-marking and run quietly on finished floors. nylon is harder and best where high load matters more than floor finish.
What size and mounting do they use?
These are 100mm wheels on a standard top plate that bolts to the corners of a road case, in swivel, fixed, and braked builds. other plate patterns are available on request.
Can we sell these under our own brand?
Yes. we laser-etch or pad-print your logo or ship unbranded, with neutral cartons by default and custom-printed boxes to your artwork, barcode, and SKU labels.
Do we have to order a full container of one model?
No. we consolidate flight-case casters with other types into one mixed-load container, with per-model minimums held at distributor scale rather than mass-OEM volume.
