Built for the Loads That Break Ordinary Casters
at extra-heavy loads the failures are always the same three: the swivel binds, the fork spreads, and the wheel flat-spots where the cart sits. this series is built around those three — a heavy steel fork, a double-row ball-bearing swivel, and a PU or nylon wheel rated 150 mm · 1000 kg per caster.
An extra-heavy load punishes the parts a light caster gets away with. the swivel raceway takes the whole weight every time the cart turns, so a thin single-row bearing binds and the cart fights the operator. the fork carries the load in bending, so a light pressed plate spreads and the wheel cants. and the wheel sits under tonnes of static load between moves, so a soft tread takes a flat spot that you feel on every roll afterward.
This series answers each point directly. a heavy welded steel fork resists spreading, a double-row ball-bearing swivel head keeps the cart turning under load, and the wheel is built for the duty: PU bonded to a cast-iron core for quiet, floor-kind running, or reinforced nylon for the lowest rolling effort and better heat and chemical tolerance. the shown models run 150 mm at 1000 kg per caster.
Builds cover the job: plain swivel, swivel with a brake and a directional lock, and fixed. larger diameters (200, 250, 300 mm) carry more and are rated per model on your quote, and custom top plates and bolt patterns are matched to your chassis. the range meets ANSI/ICWM and ISO 22883 requirements.
Extra-heavy-duty range
PU-on-cast-iron and reinforced nylon · 150 mm / 1000 kg shown · swivel, brake-and-lock, and fixed · plus specialty builds.

PU Swivel · Brake + Directional Lock
Holds the cart still and tracks it straight under load — top plate mount.

PU Swivel
Double-row swivel for turning a heavy cart with less effort.

PU Fixed
Fixed build for straight-line tracking on long heavy runs.

Nylon Swivel · Brake + Directional Lock
Hard, low-effort nylon wheel with brake and directional lock.

Nylon Swivel
Lowest rolling effort; tolerates heat and chemicals better than PU.

Nylon Fixed
Fixed nylon build for straight tracking under heavy load.

Dual-Wheel
Twin wheels split the load across two patches for added stability.

Leveling Support
Adjustable leveling foot to lock a heavy machine onto the floor.

Reinforced Build
Heavier reinforced housing for the toughest extra-heavy duty.
Tread, build & size selection
Pick the tread for the floor and environment, the build for how the cart moves, and the size for the load.
| Choice | Option | What it gives |
|---|---|---|
| Tread | PU on cast iron | Quieter, floor-kind, resists flat-spotting |
| Tread | Reinforced nylon | Lowest rolling effort, better heat / chemical tolerance |
| Build | Swivel | Free turning under load |
| Build | Swivel + brake + directional lock | Hold still and track straight on demand |
| Build | Fixed | Straight-line tracking on long runs |
| Size (shown) | 150 mm | 1000 kg per caster |
| Size (custom) | 200 / 250 / 300 mm | Higher capacity — rated per model on quote |
Where the load goes
Heavy welded steel
A heavy steel plate fork resists spreading under load, so the wheel stays square and rolls true.
Double-row ball bearing
A double-row ball-bearing swivel head carries the load and keeps the cart turning instead of binding.
PU or nylon for the duty
PU on a cast-iron core for quiet, floor-kind running, or reinforced nylon for low effort and heat tolerance.
Custom builds & your own brand
Match the caster to your chassis, and sell it under your label — sized for distributors, not mass-OEM tonnage.
Plates & bolt patterns
non-standard top-plate sizes and bolt patterns matched to your equipment. send the drawing and we confirm on a 24–48h drawing.
200 / 250 / 300 mm
bigger diameters for higher capacity, rated per model. new tooling, where needed, runs around 12 days.
Your mark, neutral cartons
laser-etch or pad-print your logo, or ship unbranded in neutral cartons at distributor scale.
Where extra-heavy casters are used
Moving heavy machines
Machine bases, dies and moulds, and heavy fabrications moved on dollies and transfer carts.
Heavy transport dollies
Heavy transport dollies and frames in steel works, yards, and ports where loads are measured in tonnes.
AGV / AMR chassis
Low-profile, high-capacity casters under automated guided vehicles carrying heavy payloads.
Mixed-load stocking & container logistics
Stock range coverage without committing a full container to one model.
| Term | How it works |
|---|---|
| Mixed-load container | Consolidate extra-heavy, heavy-duty, and other caster types into one container. |
| Per-model minimum | Held at distributor scale with no mass-OEM constraint, so you carry depth across treads and builds. |
| Lead time | Standard 150mm/1000kg models from stock; custom sizes or plates follow 24–48h drawing, with mould work around 12 days where needed. |
| Container loading | we plan cartons per container to fill weight and cube efficiently — extra-heavy casters are dense, so weight usually fills before cube. |
| Trade terms | FOB and CIF supported. confirm port, Incoterm, and per-model quantities on your quote. |
