To request a free sample, please follow the procedure below:
1. Before requesting a sample, please provide the model number, any specific technical requirements, the quantity of samples required, the expected date of receipt, and the detailed address where we should send the samples. Please provide the recipient’s name, city, state (province), country, postal code, contact number, and company name.
2. Prior to sending the sample package, we will confirm the transportation cost, delivery time, packaging dimensions, and weight of the sample package with you.
3. Once all the information has been confirmed, we will require you to prepay for the sample and transportation costs. The sample cost will be offset or refunded in your bulk order. If your company has its own freight agent for transportation, we will not charge you for transportation and will assist your freight agent in completing the sample shipment.
